ABOUT ME
Meet the Psychologist
I combine over 24 years of experience in educational psychology with specialist training in coaching psychology, offering a unique lens to support personal and professional growth. From my earliest days, I’ve seen that lasting change begins when people feel heard. Whether supporting a pupil struggling to learn, a teacher managing a complex classroom, parents advocating for their child or a coaching client navigating challenges, progress happens when people can share their story, feel understood and shape the way forward.
I’ve faced personal health challenges, including spinal surgery and ME/CFS, yet these experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting others. I bring a deep capacity to listen, reflect and guide families, educators and coaching clients on a journey shaped by their needs ensuring that every piece of work achieves a meaningful, positive outcome.

Changing Lives Across Continents
I’ve self-funded trips to Nairobi since July 2024 to deliver staff training in one of the city’s most deprived schools and I continue supporting this school from the UK through regular online sessions. The joy comes from seeing staff embrace evidence-based practice and create lasting change, proof that the right support truly transforms lives.
